Balloon Joy Flights is a small family owned hot air balloon passenger company run by Graham, Jan and Anton Kerr in Canowindra NSW. Canowindra is the balloon capital of Australia and the historic home of Hot Air Ballooning in Australia because the atmospheric wind conditions are the most favourable for all year hot air ballooning in Australia. Sunrise Flights
Our sunrise flights last for 50 minutes to 1 hour flying time depending on available landing sites. We recommend you allow at least three to four hours with us. This is the ultimate ballooning experience conducted by one of our resident commercial pilots who gives a full commentary on how the balloon works coupled with local knowledge. Sunrise flights finish with a catered champagne breakfast with espresso coffee and a presentation flight certificate at Delice Coffee Roasters. We also cater for non flying accompanying friends. Ballooning is a magic experience.
Group Flights
We are pleased to offer shorter …..30 to 40 minute flights for groups of 10 or more booking and flying together. If your group is larger than 10 people we will fly the extra people in our second balloon. Both balloons will launch and fly together.
Exclusive Flights For Two
For those that want a truly exclusive, memorable, private and romantic experience, this is the flight for you.. It will be just the 2 of you and your pilot in our small intimate balloon. This flight lasts for 50 minutes to 1 hour flying time depending on available landing sites.
Special Occasion Flights
Perfect for a multitude of special occasions including marriage proposals, weddings, birthdays, product launches and company promotions. Their smaller 3 passenger balloon is used for these special flights.
