Blue Gum Farm, situated 5kms from Cowra town centre on the Boorowa road, is an 8.5 hectare property with over 600 fruit trees including plums, nectarines, peaches, apples and several varieties of Nashi pears.
The large separate self-contained 7 bedroom Guest Lodge can sleep up to 16 guests and includes 1 queen bed with en-suite, 1 double bed, 3 twin rooms and 2 triple rooms. The 2 extra bathrooms and an additional toilet have recently been renovated. Enjoy use of the BBQ area, swimming pool, tennis court and beautiful walking tracks through the orchard.
The Lodge is well equipped with all linen/bedding and towels supplied, heaters to all bedrooms, cutlery/crockery, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, iron and board, washing machine, TV and movies.
A reverse cycle air conditioning unit provides cooling and heating to the living areas. Blue Gum Farm is connected to Cowra town water.
Ample parking is available on the grass behind the Lodge.
Blue Gum Farm is well located to explore the local attractions of Cowra and the region including Canowindra and Wyangala Waters.
