Tasting Notes: Quince and strawberry with undertones of dried fig. Refreshing palate with savoury elements and dry finish.

Varieties: 60% Tempranillo, 20% Viognier, 20% Grenache
Vineyard: Nyrang Creek, Canowindra. N.S.W
Soil: Volcanic derived brown loam over clay.
Season: A fantastic growing season with loads of Winter and spring rains. The Summer was milder than the usual high Canowindra temperatures. A wonderful retention of natural acid was seen across all varieties.
Winemaking Notes:
This rosé was a combination of Tempranillo, Viognier and Grenache. Picked earlier in the season to retain natural acidity and lower alcohol. The different varieties were fermented separately with natural yeast.
