THE MAKERS

Rosnay Organic Farm & Vineyard

Rosnay was created by the Statham family in 1997, and produces certified organic wines, olives, and figs. Certified organic since 1998, the vines and orchards have never been sprayed with harmful chemicals, a family commitment that began with Richard’s father Clive Statham. The family’s wine growing heritage originated on both sides of the family, with Florence Statham’s French grandfather, Alberic Dulong de Rosnay, after whom the farm is named.

Antonio's Wines

Award winning, passionate and motivated, Antonio has over 16 years experience in premium wine making, consultancy and site management. His driving force is to produce wines of origin. Antonio states that his purpose is to create wines from the inspiration of those around him and by those that enjoy them.

Finns Store

A piece of Canowindra's history, the iconic Finns Store is situated in the main street of Canowindra. Finns Store has been fully renovated and now sells fabulous gifts, jewellery, women's clothing, unique furniture and incredible coffee.

Wallington Winery

Wallington’s wines are made on-site at their unique Straw Bale Winery. Wallington Wines focus on producing small batches of carefully blended, handpicked wines such as Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Semillon and Chardonnay with a touch of Viognier. These wines are carefully crafted with the winemaker embracing the principals of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
